Insight Support Limited has changed the Terms and Conditions to be more in line with our philosophy and training and that is by being totally transparent and easy to understand.
By accepting the following Terms and Conditions, you agree to pay for your subscription - each site is seperately and this agreement applies to both www.insightsupport.com & www.insight-trader.com - by joining either site, means you accept the terms of this agreement relating to globally to Insight Support Limited as a company and then to the reference of the site that you are joining; which can be all our websites or just the one. These terms apply to special offers also, which are given from time to time:

The Private Training, Support and access to Trade Focus training package is payable via one of two Options - A or B;
OPTION A:
£299.00 is billed and Monthly subscriptions charged at £29.95 on the following month, and every month on the date you first registered for a minimum of 12 months, then till cancelled by you.
OPTION B:
£50 charged and then monthly for each consecutive month in advance. Minimum term is 12 months.
Minimum term of membership
There is minimum term of membership for both options of 12 months, members
can cancel at any time after the 12 month period has expired, in writing or by email. Cancellations will only be guaranteed as accepted by both Insight Support Limited and you the client, once Insight Support Limited has confirmed your cancellation. No cancellations can be accepted prior to the 12 month minimum term.
Payments for A or B;
You agree to continue to make sure your credit card details or payment information is up to date. Should any payment fail for any reason and you're within the 12 month contract for option B or six month contract for Option A, and/or we have not received an valid cancellation request if you're entitled to cancel the agreement. An admin charge of £25 will be added each time the card fails. In all cases we contact you to inform you that your details will need to be updated and this should be done with immediate effect, to facilitate the continued contract and billing.

Insight Support Limited provide a 10 day FREE ACCESS account, to allow ALL users to satisfy their curiousity, computer compatibility and personal suitability to the courses and services that Insight Support Provides on www.insightsupport.com. Due to the nature of the course materials and training, all course fee's a final and none refundable - except under the conditions of the guarantee. Should the user cancel within 6 months on Option B, prior to the 6 month minimum contract, the remaining amount will be automatically due.
1.a - Refunds after any renewal. It is your responsibility to either cancel the agreement or contact Insight Support Limited to request a cancellation of the agreement. All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the above agreed rates.

4 - Courseware:
The customer is strongly recommended to study the all courseware, as explicitly presented within the associated website and then apply it extensively using imaginary money ('paper money'). The objective of this process is to aid an efficient, risk-free learning process, whereby the customer can produce his/her own trading notes and submit any questions, which he/she may be uncertain about, before embarking on making any decisions to trade with real money. The customer fully and absolutely accepts that Insight Support Limited are publishers of both online and offline courseware and are 'educators' and not 'investment advisors', and therefore, the decision to start trading with real funds is his/her own, sole decision and responsibility, and any subsequent profits or losses resulting from trading with real money rests solely with each individual trader, and not Insight Support Limited.

On purchasing/Subscribing the Insight Support Limited - www.insight-trader.com, the purchaser agrees that:
1. Any trading carries a high level of risk to your capital. Only speculate with money you can afford to lose. Spread betting, forex trading and Fixed Odds may not be suitable for everyone, therefore ensure you fully understand the risks involved and seek independent financial advice if necessary.
2. No warranty or guarantee of profitability has been made, and no guarantee or warranty of any future profitability or results has been made.
3. The company takes no responsibility for loss resulting from the users however caused, either as a failure in the program, a failure in data delivery or of the information generated by the user in running the software.
4. The company uses a third party for the relaying of data and as such that data is outside of the control of the company. The company will use its best endeavors to supply the market data required by the system. The company will ensure that this is available at least 95% of the time to an accuracy of 95%of the time, but accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or non delivery, or any loss incurred by the purchaser as a results of errors, omissions or non delivery of that data, support or of the program.
5. On subscribing to the software and using any of the services provided, the purchaser agrees not to copy, lend or otherwise deal in the software, manual or information generated by the program, nor to copy the system onto more than one computer, other than for the purchasers own use. The purchaser also agrees to keep the proprietors indemnified against any costs and loses incurred by the proprietors, including the costs incurred enforcing these conditions, in the event of these terms and conditions not being met by the purchaser. The company reserves the right to alter, amend or change the content of the kit at any time.
6. On payment of the monthly license fee that is applicable at the prevailing time, the company will continue to provide the ongoing support, system updates and data to support the software, which is included in the kit. In the event that the purchaser elects not to pay the ongoing license fee within 24 days of it becoming due, the company reserves the right to terminate the supply of data, updates and support of the system and the license is deemed to have lapsed. Purchasers wishing to re instate a lapsed license may do so on payment of the purchase license fee prevailing at the time (this is different to the renewal fee) .
7. The company will supply access to the software on the companies servers. The system contains the intellectual property rights of the company, and as the product is vulnerable to copying, no refunds will be made after purchase for lifetime access. 1 month refund policy on monthly subscription/license rental.
8. Record of trades. Unless specified to the contrary, all illustrations of the trades generated by the program on this web site or any publicity material are the result of a notional exercise to illustrate the trades a user may typically have implemented having had the benefit of using the system from 15th of January 2003. It is also used to illustrate the effect of the staking plan and the effect of market moves on spread bet positions and to illustrate the effect of winning and losing sequences generally. As such, the records of trades are not an account of, nor to be construed as, any one persons actual trading account or activity. Users ultimately make their own decisions about the merits or otherwise of following any of the levels generated by the program (if any) Any levels generated by the program are not a recommendation, endorsement or advice on the merits of those positions. Individual users results obtained when following the system will vary depending on the users own implementation of the levels generated by the program and will be affected by considerations such as:

All information generated as a consequence of using the program is not intended, nor to be construed as offered by Insight Support Limited or their proprietors as specific trading or investment advice in any way, nor is it an endorsement or advice on the merits of implementing actual trades or spread bet positions.
11. Insight Support Limited are not authorised to carry on an investment business or to give investment advice. No support, guidance or advice on any specific situations can or will be given by Insight Support Limited. The user makes all trading decisions alone. 11. Financial trading and spread betting carries a high degree of risk, which is not limited to the amount, invested. Potential users should seek the advice of an independent financial advisor.
12. On paying the subscription fee for www.insight-trader.com, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
